New Patient Concierge

Are you a "people person" who thrives on making others feel welcome? We are looking for a New Patient Concierge to be the face and voice of our practice. This isn't a typical front-office role; you are the architect of the first impression. You'll be responsible for guiding new patients through their initial journey with us, ensuring they feel cared for, informed, and valued from the moment they call to the moment they walk out our doors.

What You'll Do First Impressions:

Act as the primary point of contact for all new patient inquiries via phone, email, and text.

Experience Curation:

Welcome patients into the office with a high-hospitality mindset (think 5-star hotel, not 1-star waiting room).

Onboarding:

Assist new patients with digital intake forms and insurance verification.

Relationship Building:

Follow up with new patients post-appointment to ensure their expectations were exceeded.

Schedule Management:

Efficiently coordinate new patient exams to ensure a seamless flow for our clinical team.

Who You Are The Ultimate Host:

You have a background in high-end hospitality, retail, or premium medical front-office work.

Communication Pro:

You have a "smile in your voice" and can explain complex dental journeys with ease.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating dental software (e.g., Dentrix Ascend) and modern communication tools.
