Job Description
We are looking for a warm, hospitable Maître'd and Host to be the face of Coucou. As the first and last person every guest sees, you set the tone for the entire experience. We run our restaurants the Parisian way — the Maître'd is not just a greeter, they are the conductor of the room. Welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, answering phones, touching tables, and keeping the flow of service moving seamlessly from open to close. If you love being front and center, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely light up when you make someone feel welcome — this role was made for you.
