Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor Answer phones and respond to member inquiries in a timely and helpful manner Manage court bookings, lesson scheduling, and program registrations using an online reservation system Provide accurate information about lessons, clinics, events, and social play opportunities Anticipate the needs of racquet sports professionals and assist with smooth transitions between lessons and activities Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front desk and surrounding areas Support daily operations, including check-ins, payments, and basic administrative tasks Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that encourages member engagement and participation
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn reservation/booking systems Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to assisting staff and members Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)

Positive attitude and upbeat energy Comfortable engaging with a wide range of members and guests Interest in tennis, pickleball, or padel is a plus Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without constant direction
