Job Description

Not a towel-and-timer job. Most recovery studios and fitness centers hire someone to greet members, hand out towels, and run a clock. This is more than that. Sisu Longevity Studio opens this July in northern Colorado Springs (Victory Ridge) — a veteran-owned longevity and recovery studio. We run a real Finnish sauna, a cold plunge, a hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen chamber, a float room, halotherapy, and more — and we run them to a protocol. As a Longevity Technician , you're the first person a member sees and the one who makes sure every modality is ready, safe, and clean. We'll train you on all of it. If you're reliable, attentive, and good with people, we can teach you the rest. What you'll do Check members in at the front desk and answer the studio phone Walk new members through their first sauna, float, or recovery session Monitor sessions — timers, temperatures, check-ins — and keep members safe Sanitize each space between members and keep the studio clean Run water-quality checks on the float tank and cold plunge Restock supplies and report any equipment issues What we're looking for 16 or older, with a high school diploma, GED, or current enrollment CPR/AED/First Aid certification (current, or within 90 days of hire — we'll help) Reliable, professional, and genuinely good with people Comfortable working in heated, cold, humid, and wet environments Able to follow written safety protocols closely Customer service, hospitality, spa, or wellness experience is a plus (not required) What you get Free access to our Core recovery modalities (sauna, cold plunge, float, halotherapy, compression, vibroacoustic) 50% off premium services Paid sick leave per Colorado law A real growth path — add credentials and move toward our Longevity Coach track Hands-on training across every modality, including the hyperbaric chamber This role isn't for everyone If you don't like cleaning, this isn't the job — sanitation between sessions is core to it. Every team member personally uses every modality, including the cold plunge. (Medical exemptions are accommodated.) You'll be in heated and wet environments every shift. The member in the sauna is counting on you. Reliability is everything.
