This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office during nighttime hours, providing vital administrative support, security for property, and various house aid duties. As an Overnight Employee, you may be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handle various tasks, and assist with security of property to support our team's success. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoy working overnight shifts. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and provide excellent customer support Walk the property multiple times at night to make sure our guests are secure Complete needed House aid duties nightly Occasional shuttle pickups from Airport Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously while maintaining phone etiquette Qualifications Good Driving record Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse clientele effectively Transportation Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and customer support best practices is essential Dependability This position is paid and offers a rewarding environment where your organizational talents and customer service skills can shine.
