Receptionist:
Greet visitors seeking information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel. Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment. Responsible for ensuring that residents, team members, family members, visitors and vendor follow all community communicable disease protocols. This includes ensuring the recording of all temperatures taken. Responsible for assisting residents, family members, and guests with general requests. Responsible for arranging for tours of the property for individuals making spontaneous visits or those that have made an appointment for the tour. Answer telephones, record and channel information, direct calls to appropriate individual or department, relay messages in a timely, clear, polite concise and professional manner. Display knowledge of the services and programs and other pertinent information regarding the property. Responsible for the mail meter, stamps, making copies, and other tasks related to office operations. Process incoming mail and packages. Distribute mail to appropriate mailboxes. Receptionist:
Dedication to and passion to serve seniors and team members with excellent customer service skills, a high level of energy and compassion. Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills. Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments. Support a positive and professional image through actions and dress. Excellent communication skills, including active listening. Receptionist/Front desk experience is preferred. Ability to speak, write and read English. Minimum two years of experience in a related position, Experience in long-term care industry is preferred. High School education is required.
