Concierge are responsible for answering questions, giving direction and making detailed resservations or recommendations. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. This position requires knowledge of hotel services, local events and venues and transportation options. The rate of pay for this position is $20.00/hour, including commissions. Why Work at Hyatt?
