Mon/Tues Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a personalized check-in experience Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests using excellent phone etiquette Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage to fulfill guest needs promptly Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow at the front desk Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and requests in the property management system Requirements Proven experience in Luxury hotel/Residential front desk operations or hospitality roles Multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and proactive attitude Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during evening shifts Ability to demonstrate proper phone etiquette and professional communication skills Staff Member Must be prepared for shift in suit and tie and presentable at all times.
