As our Front Desk Concierge, you are the heartbeat of the building. We are looking for part-time , warm, empathetic professionals in Arlington and Reston, VA who can manage the logistics of a fast-paced lobby while making every resident feel truly at home. What You'll Do Create Connections:
Build rapport by learning resident names and preferences to deliver a personalized, luxury experience. Manage the
Flow:
Handle package logging, vendor check-ins, and service requests using digital tracking platforms. Be the
Expert:
Provide local recommendations, manage amenity reservations, and assist with move-in logistics. Maintain the
Standard:
Keep the lobby polished and professional, ensuring building policies are followed with courtesy and discretion.
Safety First:
Monitor building access and remain the "calm in the storm" during emergencies, coordinating with authorities when necessary.
What You Bring Experience:
3+ years of customer service (hospitality, luxury residential, or hotels preferred).
Background:
Prior experience in a concierge or front desk role is required.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication; you can write a professional shift report and hold a great conversation.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with BuildingLink, Yardi, or KeyLink is a major plus.
Appearance:
You take pride in a polished, professional look (Black/Navy suit required).
Flexibility:
You're available for a schedule that may include weekends, holidays, or inclement weather.
Capability:
You have reliable transportation, are comfortable being on your feet for long periods, and can lift up to 50 lbs. when those heavy packages arrive.
