Responsibilities Include:

Greeting clients with a warm and professional attitude Checking guests in and out Answering telephones and responding to client inquiries Scheduling and confirming appointments Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk and spa areas Assisting spa staff whenever necessary Processing payments and handling retail purchases Ensuring every guest has a relaxing and exceptional experience Performing additional duties as required

Requirements:

Spa, salon, hospitality or customer service experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Reliable transportation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Passionate about wellness, self-care and the beauty industry Open availability preferred

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
