Job Description

Richards, Layton & Finger, Delaware's largest law firm, seeks an articulate and professional Hospitality Concierge in the Wilmington Office. This "essential" position supports the delivery of quality services to clients and guests by providing excellent customer service as the first line of contact. In addition, works collaboratively and cooperatively with our Hospitality / Concierge team and others in the Firm in a team-oriented environment. This is a full-time, on-site, position with hours from 9:30 am - 6:00pm.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome, going above and beyond in their service approach Assist with catering, placing food orders and reconcile food receipts/invoices Assisting Hospitality and Food Services with setting up and breaking down breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, etc. Oversee conference room schedule and monitor various mailboxes Answer all incoming telephone calls made to the firm and ensure communication at a professional and friendly level Build professional relationships with clients as well as employees within the firm Maintain proper visitor and guest security procedures Maintain professional appearance and cleanliness of firm lobby and conference centers
Requirements:
Computer savvy and ability to operate other office equipment, including multi-line phone system, copier and scanner Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus One year of experience in a similar position, preferable within a law firm environment
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong typing skills Excellent communication, written and verbal skills, positive attitude, dependability, flexibility, good judgment & initiative, professionalism Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks The ability to meet deadlines, handle a high volume of work timely and accurately The ability to work independently and in a team environment Commitment to excellence Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 5-10 pounds.
