The ideal candidate will have experience working in a luxury residential environment and possess excellent customer service skills to effectively operate the front desk and ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests. Responsibilities Provide a visible security presence to ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and property. Operate the front desk, greeting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Monitor building access and verify credentials of visitors and vendors. Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or emergencies. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents. Coordinate with management and emergency services as needed. Assist residents with inquiries and provide concierge services as required. Ensure compliance with building policies and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a security officer or concierge in a high-end condominium or similar luxury residential setting. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate front desk systems and manage visitor access efficiently. Proficiency in computer operations is required. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
