JOB SUMMARY
Our luxury plastic surgery practice is seeking a rockstar Front Desk Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our office and help deliver an exceptional patient experience from check-in to checkout. This is not a passive front desk role. We are looking for someone with strong people skills, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and the ability to confidently manage a busy, patient-centered environment while maintaining a warm and elevated atmosphere. The right person genuinely enjoys talking to people, staying organized under pressure, upselling products and memberships naturally, and helping patients leave excited about their experience — including encouraging glowing online reviews.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge, restaurant hosting, hotel front desk, aesthetics, medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and polished demeanor Comfortable interacting with many patients throughout the day Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Confidence discussing skincare products, memberships, promotions, and patient services Experience with EHR and CRM systems is a plus (Symplast, Nextech, Salesforce, HubSpot, TouchMD, Go High Level, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Ensure paperwork, photos, and patient documentation are completed properly Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries Check patients out and process payments accurately Upsell skincare products, memberships, and loyalty programs Help maintain a beautiful, patient-ready front office environment Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations Encourage and assist patients with leaving positive online reviews Deliver a luxury-level experience during every patient interaction
Compensation:
