Full-Time Medical Front Desk Concierge VIPediatrics | Boca Raton, FL Full-Time | 4-5 Days Per Week | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM VIPediatrics is seeking an exceptional Medical Front Desk Concierge to join our highly personalized pediatric practice. This is far more than a traditional front desk role — we are looking for someone who thrives in hospitality, loves working with children and families, and takes pride in creating warm, seamless, and memorable experiences for every patient who walks through our doors. Our ideal candidate is polished, professional, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining kindness, composure, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and positivity Deliver a luxury-level concierge experience with exceptional hospitality Answer phones, texts, and emails with excellent written and verbal communication Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently Assist families with questions, forms, and coordination of care Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished front office environment Collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure smooth daily operations Anticipate patient needs and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining calm and detail-oriented Qualifications Extremely professional appearance and demeanor Outstanding written and spoken communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Friendly, upbeat personality with a genuine love for children and families Hospitality-minded with a passion for exceptional customer service Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented Experience in a medical office or pediatric setting preferred, but not required for the right candidate Schedule Full-time position 4-5 days per week
