Racquet Club Concierge The Boca Raton - 3.5 Boca Raton, FL Job Details 3 hours ago Qualifications Guest reservation booking Resort Handling customer inquiries Concierge services Billing issue inquiries Event promotion Stakeholder relationship building Entry level Retail sales Full Job Description Summary The ideal candidate will provide a quality tennis experience for guest and members of The Boca Raton. Essential Functions Job duties include, although are not limited to: Oversee court, lesson and clinic reservations Knowledge of all tennis programs Promote events Assist members and guests with game matching Lesson and court fee billing Retail sales. Internal Relationships Reports to Director of Racquet Sports External Relationships Has regular contact with Club members and Resort guests, meeting planners, vendors. Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Experience in a customer service environment. Resort and/ or country club experience; good tennis knowledge a plus. Physical Requirements Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing. In the United States, we are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V.
