ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Administrative Specialist you will be a trusted partner to the community's Executive Director supporting community operations while delivering an exceptional resident and guest experience. This unique leadership support role combines hospitality, customer service, resident relations, employee engagement, quality assurance, and operational coordination. Ideal candidates will have experience in senior living, luxury client services, luxury hotels, hospitality, healthcare, concierge services, or executive administration and are passionate about creating meaningful experiences while supporting a high-performing team. Lead resident experience and customer service initiatives to ensure exceptional satisfaction for residents, families, and guests Support community operations, quality assurance, and administrative functions such as processing monthly long term care claims Partner with department leaders to improve hospitality, service delivery, employee engagement, and operational performance Serve as a key liaison between residents, families, employees, and leadership to resolve concerns and strengthen relationships Conduct quality assurance rounds and monitor hospitality, dining, housekeeping, and community presentation standards Support employee onboarding, recognition, communication, and engagement programs that foster a positive workplace culture Assist with resident relations, move-in coordination, customer feedback, and service recovery efforts Support compliance and regulations, operational reporting, billing processes, and special projects directed by the Executive Director MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years experience in senior living operations, luxury services, hospitality, or administrative support Professional presence with proven organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible schedules in a 24 hour operation Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English Must be technologically adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively use software and computer systems relevant to this position Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community Offers of employment are contingent upon completion of applicable post-offer pre-employment screenings, which may include a job-related background check, drug screening, physical examination, and TB testing, consistent with applicable laws.
