Position Overview:

As a Guest Care Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service from the moment they walk in. This role involves utilizing scripts, making retail recommendations, and offering service upgrades. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with Saturdays required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Utilize scripts to ensure consistent guest interactions. Recommend retail products and offer service upgrades. Manage and maintain the salon's appointment schedule. Process transactions and handle payments accurately. Support retail merchandising and maintain a clean, organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with experience in a salon, spa, retail, or customer service environment. Comfortable utilizing scripts and providing retail recommendations. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including Saturdays.
