Vacation Rental Concierge

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Vacation Rental Concierge, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will elevate guest experiences and streamline property turns, checkins, and checkout. In this vibrant role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for guests at checkin and be responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and restocking the homes for the next guest. We are moving to a dedicated concierge model where you will look after the same set of homes and receive the full cleaning fee and 5% of rent so you will see significant benefit from your work. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide detailed property information, and assist with check-in/check-out processes to ensure a smooth guest experience Clean homes after checkout up to our brand standards Restock the home amenities including paper towels, toilet paper, and any coffee filters. Coordinate property maintenance requests for things that don't meet inspection Handle any Linen Cleaning at the property Skills Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication transforms guest stays into unforgettable experiences!

Pay:
