Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Hookah attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face that enhances our guests' experience by expertly preparing and serving hookahs, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for hospitality, combined with excellent communication skills, will help create memorable moments for our patrons. This position offers a dynamic environment where your positive attitude and attention to detail will shine. Duties Prepare and serve high-quality hookahs according to established standards and guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of hookah equipment and lounge areas Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service Educate guests on different flavors, setups, and safe smoking practices Monitor guest comfort and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for billing and transactions Uphold health and safety regulations related to food service and smoking areas Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in food service environments preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations and phone etiquette Ability to work in a fast-paced, lively setting while maintaining professionalism Experience in restaurant or hotel guest services is advantageous Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
