We're hiring a Full-Time Auto Glass Concierge to work onsite at a busy dealership service drive. This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where your personality and hustle directly impact your paycheck. What You'll Do:

Greet every customer pulling into the service drive Perform quick windshield inspections Identify existing glass damage Immediately contact our home office to schedule replacements (while their car is already there) Clearly and confidently explain windshield replacement options Turn everyday conversations into income

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service background (required) Outgoing, confident, and personable Fast-moving with a strong sense of urgency Coachable and motivated by making money Professional and reliable - you are the face of the drive Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations If you don't like talking to people, this isn't for you.
