ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Provide room orientation and assist owners and guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, or request. Deliver requested amenities promptly and courteously. Assist with arranging transportation to resort locations or nearby areas. Provide accurate directions and information about resort amenities and local attractions. Maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the lobby area. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Hospitality experience or Customer Service preferably within a Guest Services / Bellman environment. Experience working in a Resort Front Office environment including previous work in customer service capacity is desired but not required. Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and area activities. Familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus. Ability to speak and understand fluent English; multilingual abilities are preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to promote a positive, friendly, and "at your service" environment. Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs. regularly. May operate hand tools or light machinery as part of job duties. Reasonable accommodation may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
WORK SCHEDULE/HOURS
Schedule will vary based on business needs and may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
