50 per hour America's Hospitality Group (AHG) is seeking a professional Overnight Concierge / Patrol Associate for a luxury residential property at Camden Brickell in Miami. This role combines hospitality, guest services, overnight property monitoring, and concierge support in a high-end residential environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, observant, professional, and comfortable working independently overnight while maintaining strong customer service standards. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections of designated property areas on foot or by vehicle to maintain operational standards Monitor property activity and identify unusual conditions impacting guest experience, maintenance, or safety Respond to incidents and follow established emergency procedures when necessary Verify credentials and monitor authorized access points Provide professional guest assistance and reinforce community policies when needed Investigate incidents and prepare detailed written reports and activity logs Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and emergency personnel as needed Maintain strong hospitality standards while supporting residents, guests, and staff Support overnight concierge operations and property presence throughout the shift Qualifications Concierge, hospitality, security, front desk, patrol, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and professionalism Comfortable working independently overnight Reliable transportation Ability to walk property and remain alert throughout shift Strong report-writing and observational skills Ideal Candidate Professional appearance and demeanor Hospitality-minded with strong guest service instincts Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable in luxury residential environments Immediate start available.
