Paramedic or AEMT: Concierge Medicine

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled Paramedic or AEMT to join our concierge medical team. This role goes beyond traditional emergency response. It involves providing high-touch, proactive, and patient-centered care, supporting physicians during procedures, and ensuring seamless coordination of urgent and routine medical needs for our patients. The ideal candidate is clinically excellent, adaptable, and committed to delivering a five-star service experience. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Administer IV's, draw blood, and vaccines/ injections per protocols. Assist with advanced in-office procedures, diagnostic testing, and therapeutic interventions. Process blood, maintain equipment and support clinical operations Provide rapid, effective medical response to urgent situations within the clinic and during house calls. Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Concierge & Client Experience Deliver a warm, respectful, and confidential service tailored to each patient's needs. Support physician house calls and off-site visits, ensuring equipment readiness and patient comfort. Anticipate patient needs and proactively coordinate care with medical and administrative teams. Maintain discretion and professionalism with high-profile and high-net-worth patients. Operational Support Oversee readiness and maintenance of medical equipment. Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards. Participate in ongoing training in advanced life support, patient care, and concierge service best practices. Qualifications Current Paramedic or AEMTcertification/licensure in CA ACLS, PALS, and BLS certification required. Minimum 5 years of experience as a paramedic in EMS, critical care, or a high-acuity clinical setting. Experience in concierge, VIP, or private healthcare preferred. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Professional, polished demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
