Job Description

Position Overview The Vista at Hammock Cove is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Concierge / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors while also providing administrative support to the leadership team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, polished in communication, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced senior living environment. Key ResponsibilitiesConcierge Duties Greet and assist residents, families, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures Coordinate mail, deliveries, and package distribution Assist with resident requests and general inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area Administrative Support Duties Provide administrative support to Executive Director and department leaders Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Support onboarding paperwork and employee file management Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars Help maintain compliance binders and operational records Support census tracking, move-in documentation, and resident file preparation Assist with invoice tracking, vendor communication, and office organization Utilize Microsoft Office, email systems, and internal software platforms efficiently Qualifications Previous concierge, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information professionally Must be dependable, team-oriented, and compassionate toward seniors Benefits Competitive Pay Supportive Team Environment Growth Opportunities Paid Training Schedule Monday to Friday Weekend availability as needed

$17.00 - $18.50 per hour
