Job Description
Overview A luxury concierge medical institute located in Naples, Florida is seeking a warm, detail-oriented, and service-focused Hospitality Associate. This key role will help to help create an exceptional experience for every client or guest, maintain the institute's cleanliness standards through light housekeeping duties, and help to maintain the highest standards of comfort and personalised service that is the hallmark of the European Wellness Institute. Key Responsibilities Work with the Client Experience Concierge to welcome clients and ensure that they feel comfortable throughout their visit. Prepare and serve premium beverages including tea, coffee, green juices, and other refreshments to clients during their stay. Present and serve light meals or catered lunches in an elegant and professional manner. Maintain refreshment stations and patient lounge areas throughout the day. Anticipate client needs and provide attentive, discreet service. Assist Client Experience Concierge and medical staff with client journey pathways. Perform light housekeeping duties, including: dusting and wiping surfaces; vacuuming and mopping as needed throughout the institute; restocking supplies; maintaining restroom cleanliness and presentation; managing laundry (towels, robes, blankets, and treatment bed sheets) throughout the day by washing, drying, folding and restocking in appropriate areas (some ironing required). Ensure all spaces reflect luxury hospitality standards. Qualifications Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, private clubs or concierge healthcare is preferred. Spoken French is a bonus.
