Job Description
Elite Pain Care is seeking a friendly, intelligent, dependable, and service-oriented Medical Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our boutique interventional pain management practice in Naples, Florida. We are a patient-focused practice dedicated to providing exceptional medical care and an outstanding patient experience. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, personable, and enjoys building relationships with patients. Responsibilities include welcoming and checking in patients, answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments and procedures, coordinating patient communications and follow-up, maintaining accurate records, and helping create a seamless and positive patient experience. Prior medical office experience is preferred, and experience with Athena EMR is a plus. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in concierge medicine, luxury hospitality, private healthcare, or other high-service environments is highly valued.
