Job Summary Florida Blue Direct Sales is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service & Sales Support Representative (Creole/English) to provide high-touch support for current and prospective members seeking health insurance. This role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience by handling inbound inquiries, supporting outbound outreach campaigns, scheduling appointments, and assisting sales agents. Strong communication, active listening, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while following compliance guidelines are essential. Primary Duties Handle high-volume inbound sales calls and route customers to the appropriate department. Capture customer and lead information accurately in the CRM system. Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and first-call resolution. Follow all compliance requirements, including authentication procedures, PHI protection, Do Not Call (DNC) regulations, and approved call scripts. Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to build rapport with members and prospective customers. Schedule appointments and perform follow-up callback activities for sales representatives. Communicate effectively through phone and email channels. Enter and update customer information accurately across multiple systems. Support sales agents with administrative and customer service activities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or
GED. 0-1
year of related customer service, call center, or sales support experience. Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency with the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously. Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Ability to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications Postsecondary education, vocational training, or college coursework. Experience in a professional contact center, customer service, or service advisor role. Experience using Salesforce, Five9 Telephony, or similar CRM and contact center platforms. Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred. Creole/English bilingual proficiency is required for this contractor position.
