Wellness Client Concierge

What This Role Is Really About At Reboot U, our clients aren't just scheduling appointments, they're on a journey to reclaim their health. As our Wellness Client Concierge, you're the first person they meet and often the one they remember most. You set the tone for their entire experience. This isn't a typical front desk job. You'll learn our services from the inside out (IV therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, colon hydrotherapy, and more) and you'll guide clients through what can feel like a life-changing process. If you have a genuine passion for health and wellness and love connecting with people, this role will feel like a natural fit. What You'll Do Day-to-Day Welcome clients and create a warm, professional first impression from the moment they arrive Schedule appointments, manage our booking system, and keep the day running smoothly Learn our services in depth so you can confidently answer client questions and help them choose the right options Assist in preparing therapy rooms before sessions and ensuring they're clean and properly set up after Support the team with administrative tasks, e.g. data entry, notes, client records, and light operational duties Assist with basic marketing tasks as part of our growing team Who We're Looking For You don't have to be a certified health professional, but you do have to genuinely care about your own wellness and that of the people around you. Here's what makes someone thrive in this role: You're a natural with people: warm, professional, and calm under pressure You have prior experience in a customer-facing role (wellness, medical, spa, or hospitality environments are a strong plus) You're comfortable with scheduling software and basic computer tasks — prior experience with health practice management tools is a bonus You're detail-oriented and take ownership of your responsibilities without needing constant direction You're genuinely invested in your own health; we'll want you to experience our services firsthand You can commute to Ocala, FL, and are available for consistent in-person hours What We Offer Working at Reboot U comes with more than a paycheck.
