Client Concierge / Receptionist Prime IV Hydration & Wellness Winter Park - 2.8 Orlando, FL Job Details Full-time $14 - $15 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Clerical experience Appointment scheduling Full Job Description Prime IV Hydration and Wellness is seeking an outgoing, friendly receptionists to work some weekdays and EVERY Saturday in a relaxing spa environment. This is a customer service driven job that includes the following duties: Be the face of the spa and manage client relationships from the reception are. Greet, check in and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa. Send appropriate forms to clients. Answer incoming phone calls, messages, etc. Book and confirm appointments and make follow-up calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with proper material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures). Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, emailing Responsible for non-medical duties (I.E. cleaning the spa, laundry, stocking, etc.) Multi-tasking in a busy environment. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members. Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Coordinate and plan office events, including meetings and conferences. Assist with vendor management - including ordering supplies and maintaining relationships. Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Professional verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of basic HR functions. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
