This role is essential to delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and professional environment throughout the property. The position requires frequent walking throughout the building and common areas to ensure the highest standards of service, safety, and presentation are consistently met. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy Perform regular and continuous walks throughout the property to monitor safety, cleanliness, and overall resident satisfaction Respond promptly and effectively to requests, concerns, and inquiries Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere at all times Proficient with basic technology, including email and standard computer applications. Identify, document, and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns as needed Assist with light operational tasks, including lifting or moving items when required Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Professional, friendly, and attentive demeanor in a fast-paced environment Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
