Job Description

Are you ready to become the welcoming face of our Ormond Beach haven for massages and facials? We are searching for a vibrant, part-time Front Office Coordinator who thrives in a bustling environment and loves making people feel pampered. If you are all about creating a warm, inviting vibe and juggling tasks with a smile, this is your chance to shine!
What you will be doing:
  • Kick off the morning by opening the spa and setting the stage for relaxation utilizing our mandatory task checklist
  • Answer calls and text inquiries with your charming etiquette, keeping our clients happy
  • Book appointments like a pro, ensuring smooth schedules for our therapists
  • Handle multiple forms of payments with ease and accuracy
  • Keep the spa spotless with daily cleaning, weekly deep clean, and decorating with a touch of flair for the festive atmosphere
  • Serve up beverages and snacks to make every client feel like royalty
  • Tackle daily chores with a positive and pleasant attitude

  • Wrap things up at closing, leaving the spa sparkling and ready for tomorrow Skills and Qualifications you will bring to the table:
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to handle a busy environment without breaking a sweat; this is a fast-past job and there is always a project to be completed
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills that make every caller feel like a VIP
  • Proven ability to manage tricky situations with grace
  • A passion for customer service with endless patience and a friendly demeanor
  • Proficient in computer and phone skills
  • Willingness to work 8 to 10 hour shifts and weekends
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check
Compensation and Schedule:
  • Part-time
  • 3 days per week
  • Work schedule is Thursday, Friday and Saturday approximately 24-30 hours per week
  • 8 to 10 hour shifts and weekends are required to meet business needs
  • 45-day introductory/probationary period to allow both parties to evaluate the fit for the role, including performance, reliability, and alignment with company needs; at conclusion of 45-day period your performance will be reviewed and upon successful completion you will be confirmed in the position; during the introductory period employment remains at-will Why Join Our Awesome Team?
