• Part-time Patient Care Concierge ✨ Join Our Bright Smiles Dental Team ✨ Bright Smiles Dental of the Treasure Coast is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Patient Care Concierge to join our growing private practice team.

We are looking for someone who naturally creates a welcoming experience for every patient who walks through our doors. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a hospitality-focused environment where patient experience is a top priority. Our Patient Care Concierge will enjoy helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for while ensuring the office flows smoothly and efficiently each day.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients warmly and creating a five-star first impression Answering phones with professionalism and exceptional customer service Scheduling and coordinating appointments efficiently Checking patients in and out Collecting payments and discussing treatment estimates compassionately and confidently Assisting with patient communication through phone, text, and email Helping anxious patients feel comfortable and cared for Maintaining accurate patient records in Open Dental Coordinating smoothly with the clinical team to support daily office flow Keeping the reception area polished, organized, and welcoming

Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, polished, and dependable Excellent communication and multitasking skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment Dental office experience preferred Open Dental experience is a plus Hospitality or luxury customer service experience is highly valued
