We are growing and we need one specific person to join our team. This is not a sit-and-answer-phones job. This is a front-of-house role with real room to grow inside a business that genuinely changes people's lives. If you are the kind of person who remembers everyone's name, lights up when a client walks through the door, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we want to meet you. What you will own every day: answering inbound calls and following up with leads promptly, booking and confirming consultations and sessions, managing front desk check-in and client flow, keeping our CRM organized and our client pipeline moving, tracking membership status and flagging accounts that need attention, and supporting the team with administrative tasks and client communication. You are the right fit if you are warm and confident on the phone, calm and organized when it gets busy, comfortable learning simple software tools including AI, genuinely passionate about health and helping people feel better, and someone who shows up with good energy and follows through without being reminded. No prior wellness experience required but a plus. We will train the right person completely.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Friday 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 2pm.
Pay:
