About John Knox Village John Knox Village is a not‑for‑profit Life Plan Retirement Community offering independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing care to more than 1,000 residents. Our scenic 70‑acre campus in Pompano Beach is conveniently located near major highways and transportation options. About the Role As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will create a positive first impression from the moment someone enters our community. You will answer phones promptly and professionally, sort mail with accuracy, manage deliveries, and assist residents and guests with a friendly, solutions‑focused approach. Your role is essential in fostering trust, building relationships, and enhancing the overall experience within our vibrant community.
