The W Executive Suites portfolio functions as high-end business centers, combining front desk reception, shared amenities, and flexible office solutions under one roof to support how modern professionals work. This position is based at W Executive Suites' flagship location, our largest center and home to our corporate offices, a high-touch, fast-paced environment where attention to detail, consistency, and strong relationships directly impact member satisfaction and retention. Job Summary The Community Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the center while delivering an exceptional, hospitality-driven experience for members and guests. This entry-level role serves as the first point of contact at the reception desk and assists the Community Manager by handling administrative, operational, and hospitality tasks. Responsibilities include answering phones, sorting and delivering mail, supporting conference room reservations, maintaining clean and organized common areas, and assisting with day-to-day member needs. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, greeting members and guests with professionalism and hospitality. Answer phones, route calls, and respond to basic inquiries. Sort, distribute, and deliver mail and packages to members. Support conference room and day office reservations, including check-ins, confirmations, and cleaning/setup after use. Assist with stocking and organizing kitchens, copy rooms, and shared spaces to ensure they remain fully supplied and presentable. Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of common areas at all times. Assist the Community Manager with administrative tasks, communications, and event preparation. Support hospitality-driven initiatives that enhance the member experience. Escalate member concerns or operational issues to the Community Manager as needed. Nurture and follow up with all sales leads; conduct tours and deliver professional presentations. Prepare proposals, license agreements, and onboarding documentation with accuracy for new members. Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create a welcoming environment. Professional demeanor with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn DeskWorks or similar software. Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and member service. Frequent walking throughout the center. Ability to move office supplies and packages (Ability to lift up to 25 lbs). Reporting Relationship This position reports directly to the Community Manager at this location.
