Site Supervisor Little Princess Spa Saint Petersburg, FL Job Details Contract $18.00 - $22.50 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Nail care Customer service Managing hospitality teams Makeup application Supervising experience Team management Full Job Description Little Princess Spa St. Petersburg is seeking a dependable and performance-driven Onsite Lead to oversee operations during all scheduled parties, appointments, and events. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for execution, team supervision, and supporting revenue through onsite upselling and client engagement. Role Overview The Onsite Lead is responsible for running all on-site operations while clients are present, ensuring staff performance, maintaining service flow, and delivering a structured, professional experience. This role also includes onsite sales support, identifying opportunities to increase booking value through add-ons and future visits. Key Responsibilities Pre-Service Setup Prepare all service stations, supplies, and setup requirements Review booking details, guest count, and assigned services Operations Management (While Clients Are Present) Lead execution of services including: Mini manicures and pedicures Makeup applications Basic hairstyling (braids, buns, ponytails, simple styles, extensions)
  • Manage timing to ensure all guests are completed within the scheduled timeframe Direct staff assignments and adjust in real time as needed Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout service Team Supervision Ensure all staff: Are prepared and ready to perform Follow assigned roles and responsibilities Maintain professional appearance and conduct
  • Provide direction and correction as needed Address issues immediately and maintain control of the environment Customer Experience Act as the main point of contact while clients are on-site Communicate clearly with parents/clients and manage expectations Ensure a smooth, organized, and professional experience Handle any concerns or adjustments in real time Onsite Sales & Upselling Identify opportunities to offer add-ons and service upgrades during the visit Recommend enhancements based on the client's experience Engage with parents regarding future bookings, events, or repeat visits Support increasing overall booking value through confident, professional communication Post-Service Closing Ensure full cleanup and reset of all areas Confirm all services were completed Report any issues or supply needs Requirements Prior leadership or supervisory experience required Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, live environment Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Confident communication and ability to take control Comfortable engaging clients and recommending additional services Must be comfortable performing or assisting with: Basic hairstyling (braids, buns, ponytails, simple styles) Light makeup applications Basic manicure/pedicure support • Customer-facing experience required Compensation Base pay per event or hourly structure Additional incentives tied to performance and upselling Schedule Must be available during scheduled parties, appointments, and events (primarily weekends and peak booking times) Important This is a hands-on operational leadership role Includes onsite upselling and client engagement Not a call center or remote sales position How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your leadership experience and any customer-facing or sales-related experience
