Help with packages, carts, etc., including the delivery of packages to residents' units. Park and retrieve resident and guest vehicles, maintain proper key and security controls. Assist residents and guests with vehicles as needed, i.e. assisting with battery charger, contacting AAA. Provide support to concierge staff as needed, including answering calls, delivering mail, packages, prescriptions, etc. Other duties as assigned.
