POSITION SUMMARY
Ensure the highest level of resident and guest satisfaction by offering prompt, professional, courteous, and dedicated services. Actively contribute to the department in order to complete tasks, meet goals, or manage projects. Overall, this position is responsible for and dedicated to providing recognition, satisfaction, and value to the residents and their guests, while continuously improving efficiency, accuracy, productivity, and service standards.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting all Residents and Guests warmly Booking and confirming appointments via phone and email Processing transactions (cash and credit cards) and issuing receipts Familiarizing residents and guests with treatments, services, and specials Welcoming walk-ins, answering questions about services, and scheduling appointments based on availability Cross-selling services and products when appropriate Updating client records with contact and billing details, appointments, and services offered Maintaining a tidy reception area Assisting the Spa Team with setup when necessary Taking feedback from residents Following all points of SOP for both the opening and closing of the Spa facility Always supporting safe work habits and a safe working environment
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Excellent administrative skills Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Turnberry Ocean Colony reserves the right to amend the job description at any time.
