The ideal candidate will have good attention to detail, excellent follow through, the ability to interact with patients and medical staff in a professional manner, is reliable and dependable. Experience scheduling appointments for multiple providers, managing phone calls, and coordinating provider schedules is a plus.
General Summary of Duties:
Assists patients with scheduling and other needs with a positive and helpful attitude. Serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff. Understands the importance of a positive first impression since they are often the first person the patient encounters within our medical practice. Demonstrates excellent customer service skills when dealing with patients.
Typical Working Conditions:
Majority of the work is performed in patient care rooms and Involves contact with patients and can involve contact with sick and/or injured people. Interaction with co-workers and patients is constant and interruptive. Visible tattoos must be covered. No facial piercings (clear inserts okay). Monday through Friday and no nights or weekends.
Job Skills:
Operate a computer Greet patients in person and answer the phone in a pleasant and helpful manner. Assist patients with understanding their devices and troubleshooting problems. Maintain accurate spreadsheets Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
