Job Description
Lash & Brow Savy is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help ensure the salon runs smoothly while providing outstanding customer service and support to both clients and artists. Responsibilities Greet and check in clients with a warm and professional attitude Answer phones, text messages, and client inquiries Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through Vagaro Assist clients with booking and rebooking appointments Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks Assist with inventory tracking and restocking needs Help coordinate appointment changes and schedule updates as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment Work closely with the owner and team to ensure a seamless client experience Assist with inventory tracking, receiving, unpacking, and restocking salon supplies and retail products Maintain organized retail displays, storage areas, and supply shelves Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and professional appearance Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and texting clients Experience with Vagaro is a plus Previous salon, spa, beauty, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
