We're looking for an experienced, personable Concierge to be the face of our Clubhouse — someone who loves creating memorable moments and takes pride in the details that make each visit special. As an essential part of our team, the Concierge ensures the success of our social events and dining experiences by managing reservations, assisting members, and providing seamless communication between departments. If you have a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and a genuine desire to make people feel welcome, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an inviting first impression every time. Manage event registrations, dining reservations, and to-go orders using our Club systems and technology. Provide accurate and timely communication to management, ensuring smooth coordination for all events and dining experiences. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and guest passes with a polished, service-focused approach. Anticipate members' needs, accommodate special requests, and ensure preferences are communicated clearly. Maintain the highest level of service and attention to detail in every interaction. What We're Looking For Previous hospitality or concierge experience is required — country club or luxury resort experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. A friendly, professional demeanor and a true passion for helping others. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with reservation systems. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence.
