Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and personable Greeter/Front Desk representative for a contract/temporary opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a polished first impression, interacting with clients and representing with professionalism and attention to detail. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play an important role in setting the tone for the guest experience. This position offers a professional, customer-facing environment where reliability, clear communication, and a welcoming presence are valued. The role is well suited for candidates with administrative support, reception, hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience who take pride in presenting a positive and organized environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet visitors, and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Register visitors and accurately collect required information, including handwritten documentation.
  • Maintain organized visitor logs, sign-in records, and front desk documentation.
  • Provide a polished first impression
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors and internal team members.
  • Maintain a neat, professional front desk area and support a high-quality guest experience. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay Rate:
    $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.
  • Job Type:
    Contract/Temporary.
  • Location:
    West Palm Beach, FL.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday through
Friday:
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Saturday and Sunday:
    10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Weekend availability is required.
  • Two days off during the week, to be discussed during interview or hire.
