Job Description

ROCKET FLOOD
we are a super powered insurance agency specializing in personal and commercial flood insurance. Using a combination of technology, insurance expertise and customer service, we help clients secure flood insurance in 49 states across the country. Our mission is to make securing flood insurance an easy process and to deliver the most competitive pricing, so that more Americans protect themselves from our country's most common natural disaster.
Duties:
Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed agencies. Guide new agencies through onboarding and platform setup. Provide product demonstrations and basic training on our quoting platform. Respond to agent questions and troubleshoot quoting or underwriting issues. Collaborate with underwriting, tech, and marketing teams to ensure smooth agency operations. Track engagement, feedback, and identify opportunities to improve agent satisfaction. Drive agency retention, platform engagement, and appointment growth. Video Demonstrations Strong communication skills PC Proficient College preferred
