Our team is committed to professionalism, attention to detail, and creating a welcoming, elevated environment at every touchpoint. Position Overview We are seeking a polished, personable, and highly organized Patient Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role blends front desk concierge responsibilities with administrative and insurance-related duties , making it ideal for someone who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all patients and visitors Manage check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule consultations and follow-ups Verify patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and benefits Submit and track prior authorizations Maintain accurate patient records and ensure completion of required forms Coordinate with clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front office environment Assist with administrative tasks and patient communication as needed Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in a medical or dental front desk role or relevant experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotel, concierge, high-end customer service) Experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, polished demeanor with a customer-service mindset Ability to remain calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment What We're Looking For Naturally warm, engaging, and detail-oriented personality High level of professionalism and discretion Strong work ethic and reliability A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Performance-based bonus opportunities Opportunity for growth within a growing, high-end practice Work in a modern, boutique, team-oriented environment How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note about your experience and why you would be a great fit for this role.
