This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a professional and lively workplace atmosphere. Duties Greet visitors, clients and tenants warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to the appropriate departments or personnel Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google and Microsoft Office Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and resolving issues swiftly Assist with clerical duties including data entry, managing email correspondence and maintaining organized files Skills Proven experience at a front desk or in office management roles with strong organizational skills and attention to details Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, data entry, and general computer skills Demonstrated clerical experience such as filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of customer support best practices with an emphasis on positive communication and problem-solving Ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques in a fast-paced environment Bilingual proficiency is a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively Join our team where your proactive attitude and organizational prowess will shine!
