Front Desk Coordinator / Patient Concierge Part-Time / Float Position (Potential Full-Time Opportunity) Savannah, Georgia Park Aesthetics is seeking a highly polished, fast-paced, and service-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. This is not a passive receptionist role. We are looking for someone who thrives in high-performance environments, learns quickly, communicates exceptionally well, and genuinely enjoys creating elevated experiences for patients. The ideal candidate is warm, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, technologically confident, and able to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-moving clinical setting. This role will begin as a part-time / float position with strong potential for full-time placement as the practice continues to grow into fall/winter. About Park Park Aesthetics is a high-volume medical aesthetics practice specializing in advanced injectables, laser treatments, skin health, and full-face aesthetic planning. Our environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, highly detail-driven, and deeply focused on patient experience. We hold ourselves to a high standard — operationally, clinically, and professionally — and are looking for someone who naturally elevates the environment around them. Responsibilities Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism Managing scheduling, confirmations, and patient communication Supporting front desk operations and overall clinic flow Assisting with patient experience and hospitality throughout the visit Navigating EMR systems, scheduling software, and internal platforms efficiently Communicating clearly with providers, leadership, and patients Maintaining organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Supporting operational tasks and team needs proactively throughout the day The Right Person You are: Extremely personable and emotionally intelligent Fast-moving and highly adaptable Calm under pressure Professional and polished in communication and appearance Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail Naturally proactive and helpful Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems quickly Able to anticipate needs rather than waiting to be told what to do Energized by hospitality, patient care, and team environments Preferred Experience Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience in: Luxury hospitality High-end dental or medical offices Aesthetic clinics or plastic surgery practices Concierge-style customer service environments High-volume scheduling or front desk operations Experience with EMR systems, scheduling platforms, and customer communication tools is strongly preferred.
