We believe every bride deserves a personalized, welcoming, and memorable experience from the moment she walks through our doors. We're currently looking for a Bridal Concierge to join our team. More than anything, we're looking for someone with a warm personality, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for helping others. Bridal experience is certainly a plus—but it's not everything. We're happy to teach the technical side of bridal to someone who is eager to learn, dependable, and excited to grow within the industry. As a Bridal Stylist, you'll guide brides through one of the most meaningful shopping experiences of their lives. From welcoming them into our boutique to helping them discover the gown that makes them feel their most confident, you'll play an important role in creating lasting memories. What You'll Do Welcome brides and their guests while creating a warm, personalized boutique experience. Lead one-on-one bridal appointments from beginning to end. Learn our designers, collections, sizing, customization options, and accessories. Assist brides in selecting gowns, veils, jewelry, and other accessories that complement their vision. Communicate confidently about timelines, ordering, alterations, and boutique policies. Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the showroom and inventory. Assist with social media content, merchandising, inventory organization, and daily boutique operations as needed. Work collaboratively with our small team to provide exceptional customer service. We're Looking For Someone Who Is Friendly, professional, and compassionate. Reliable, punctual, and accountable. Organized with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities. A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships. Willing to learn and receive feedback. Passionate about fashion, weddings, customer service, or hospitality. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in bridal, fashion retail, luxury retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. Weekend availability is strongly preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with dressing brides throughout appointments. Comfortable working with people of all sizes, backgrounds, and body types in a respectful and supportive environment. Why Join Our Team?
