Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Spa Concierge to join our team. The Spa Concierge will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing outstanding customer service to ensure a pleasant spa experience for all guests.
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule spa appointments and coordinate service providers' schedules. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and availability. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns. Upsell spa services and products to clients. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations. Follow spa policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service. Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions to clients.
