Job Purpose:
The Director of First Impressions is the face and voice of the company—greeting clients, answering calls, and creating a welcoming, professional environment for everyone who enters the office. This role sets the tone for client experiences and supports smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with administrative tasks, managing office appearance, and coordinating front desk activity. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and deeply committed to customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and warmth, creating a welcoming office atmosphere. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take messages and respond to general inquiries. Monitor the front desk area and maintain a clean, organized reception space. Coordinate refreshments for closings and ensure closing rooms are clean and client-ready. Assist with scheduling, mail handling, and document scanning, copying, or filing as needed. Prepare closing packets and assist escrow and title teams with light administrative support. Maintain confidentiality of all client, transaction, and employee information. Support office events or team activities with planning and coordination as needed. Monitor office supply levels and place orders in coordination with the office manager. Serve as a helpful resource for both staff and guests throughout the day.Requirements:

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred. Experience in real estate, legal, or professional services environment a plus.Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Committed to client service and confidentiality at all times.Technical Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment. Willingness to learn industry-specific tools and processes (e.g., SoftPro or ResWare).Other Requirements:
Consistent punctuality and professional dress required. Ability to lift light office supplies or refreshments occasionally. Background check required.Benefits:
