POSITION SUMMARY
The Concierge, Sales, & Hospitality Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while driving retail and service revenue from the front of house. This role combines luxury hospitality with consultative sales. The Concierge is the first and last impression of the Graeber & Company experience and plays a critical role in helping guests discover the right services, products, and long-term beauty solutions. A successful individual in this role is proactive, polished, and confident recommending services and retail. They understand that every guest interaction is an opportunity to create value, build trust, and grow the guest relationship.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Within 30 Days Fully trained on Graeber & Company's guest experience standards and service cycle Confident using salon systems including scheduling software, POS, and retail recommendations Successfully greeting, checking in, and supporting guests with a polished hospitality approach Demonstrating basic product knowledge and beginning to make retail recommendations Within 60 Days Consistently recommending retail products to guests based on their service experience Supporting service providers by optimizing schedules and rebooking guests Demonstrating confidence in converting guest inquiries into booked appointments Building relationships with returning guests and remembering preferences Within 90 Days Contributing consistently to retail sales goals, rebooking and guest retention metrics Confidently recommending services, memberships, and home care routines based on guest needs Delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience during busy service periods Recognized as a trusted resource for both guests and team members
ROLE OBJECTIVES
Deliver a luxury hospitality experience from the moment guests enter the salon Greet every guest within 10 seconds and ensure efficient check-in and check-out Convert service inquiries into booked appointments Drive retail sales through product education and recommendations Support stylists and estheticians by optimizing schedules and reducing gaps Encourage guest rebooking and long-term service relationships Ensure every guest leaves with a clear home care plan when appropriate Maintain accurate notes and communication in the salon management system Resolve guest questions and concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a polished, welcoming front-of-house environment Facilitate the full guest experience cycle every guest, every time

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED preferred Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred Sales experience strongly preferred Beauty, salon, or spa industry experience is a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
